Sam is professional, efficient and honest. We found a water leak in pipe this week and understand it's challenging to find someone to fix it before Christmas. After contacting Sam they came for site visit and provided the quote on same day. They arrived on time at 8am this morning and finished everything in 3 hours. The leak turned out much bigger than expected, Sam and Adam need to dig very deep to locate the connection to water main, while he didn't charge for the extra work. I am very impressed by his professional skills and integrity. Communication is amazing too. High recommended!

Dodgy. Ignoring my elderly fathers phonecalls after not installing his hot water system properly. Do the right thing Sam and help him out. He has paid $400 to another plumber to fix your mistake.

These guys did a pretty good job from providing the quote till actually completing connecting a fluted gas heater. I wouldn't subtract two stars if I didn't find out one of the boys struck down my fence post with his UTE and quietly left without telling me. I didn't request compensation but I want to emphasize here that good ethics does pay.
