Dodgy. Ignoring my elderly fathers phonecalls after not installing his hot water system properly. Do the right thing Sam and help him out. He has paid $400 to another plumber to fix your mistake.

Definitely recommend Sam and Omar to do anyone's plumbing. My laundry and downstairs toilet Reno went really well, all my questions solved, all pipe and sewerage work exactly what i wanted. Top quality workmanship from two proud tradies, very accommodating, even popping round to fix a leak when carpenter messed up with a stray nail. Thanks you two!

We asked Sam to fix a water leak rather urgently in a rental property, and he was able to attend the same day. He reported back straight after to explain what the issue was. Very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend Master Flush Plumbing.

These guys did a pretty good job from providing the quote till actually completing connecting a fluted gas heater. I wouldn't subtract two stars if I didn't find out one of the boys struck down my fence post with his UTE and quietly left without telling me. I didn't request compensation but I want to emphasize here that good ethics does pay.

Thank you Sam (and team!) for your excellent work last week. Not only did you unblock the sewer to our septic tank, but you also found the faulty pipe that caused the problem, and replaced the part needed. Problem solved! And so VERY quickly done too! You also gave our sewer a thorough inspection with your camera, and with you, I saw on the screen that our sewer pipe was in excellent condition. Peace of mind knowing that all is perfect now. I highly recommend you, and you definitely deserve the 5 star rating! Thanks again!!

Following a prompt emergency failure response and subsequent planned necessary replacement of old and defective residential plumbing , we have had an excellent customer experience with Sam and John. They were responsive, fair to deal with, polite, communicative, well organised, punctual and competent. Job value in the order of $2000 was quality with good value. Service could not be faulted. By far the most punctural plumbers ive delt with called out mastet flush plumbing to come out and inspect our blown hot water system sam gave us a couple diffirent options being very understanding and very upfront with his pricing sam got the job done like he explained, and would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family
